The company follows the environmental regulations of all the countries it operates in, including Sweden, West Africa and Australia. This includes appropriate safeguards regarding contact with uranium and its handling. All company personnel, consultants and contractors are trained in appropriate ways to handle and test uranium samples.

The directors have considered the recently enacted National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007 (the NGER Act). At the current stage of development, the directors have determined that the NGER Act will have no effect on the company for the current, nor subsequent, financial year. The directors will reassess this position as and when the need arises.
